HOW IT WORKS
Having a fresh and clean waste cart is as simple as setting your bins out on collection day. We sanitize bins in the afternoon or early evening of your regular pick up or the following day, this allows us to better plan our routes and keep costs to you low. You place your bins in a location we can access and we will be around to sanitize them for you. One time cleans as well as cleaning for real estate open houses or move in/move out can happen on non collection days as long as your bin has been emptied and is accessible.
Your scheduled day will be organized in advance so you will always know when to expect us.

All we need from you is your address displayed on your bins in the designated spot. We will handle the rest. If we are having to postpone due to extreme weather you will be contacted and arrangements will be made to clean your bins on a day convenient to you.

We are a locally owned family business and we thank you for your support. Services are available from May through October for regular scheduled cleaning.

HOW ARE BINS SANITIZED?
We use high pressure hot water to sanitize and clean you garbage and compost bins. This allows us to offer a fresh clean bin without use of harsh chemicals.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE WASTE WATER AND MESS FROM THE BINS
All of the waste water is collected and filtered until clean. The water is then recycled and used to clean more bins. Dirty waste water that is unable to be cleaned is disposed of based on city standards. Bulk solid waste that is collected is disposed of or composted as applicable.

If you are planning to be away or simply forgot to set out your bins on your regular service day please contact us. We can try to organize a make up cleaning for your bin.

We organize our schedule the day of to be as efficient as possible. Your bins will be cleaned between 3 and 9 PM. If we are running late due to weather or other concerns you will be contacted.
HOW CAN YOUÂ CLEAN YOUR OWN BINS
We understand a dirty waste cart is less than appealing. If you wish to sanitize your own bin the City of Edmonton has some recommendations and guidelines.
Rinse your cart with water and pour the contents on the grass or gravel, being careful the dirty water does not enter the storm drain.
Try mixing 1 part vinegar and 3 parts hot water to clean the surface and remove odours.
In winter, be careful not to empty water onto driveways, sidewalks or walkways, as it could freeze and create hazardous conditions.
If material gets stuck inside the cart, use a broom or shovel handle to loosen it.
WE ARE SELLING OUR HOME, CAN BIN SANITIZING BE ARRANGED FOR THE OPEN HOUSE
A foul smelling bin can be a turn off to anyone viewing your property. Your bins can be sanitized prior to your open house. We only need empty bins and we can arrange to clean your bins in a time frame that suites your needs.

WHAT IS THE BEST PACKAGE FOR YOUR NEEDS
Our regular plan is a seasonal subscription, this includes a clean once a month from May through to October. If you require a custom plan or wish to start a monthly subscription after May please contact us. We can create any plan that works best for your needs
WHAT IS A GROUP BOOKING DISCOUNT
If you live in a condo complex or have a group of neighbors that all want to order services we offer a group discount. The size of the discount is dependent on the size of the group.

We are also able to work with your condo board to add our services to your condo fees for the entire complex, allowing us to offer a even larger discount.
